This is the best video I've done on the details in full.
I'll try to do another soon. |

All new video's as of 12/4/2018 followed by mar2018 and project charles watch first.

A little bit more on the basics.

What some would consider babbling but if you wanted me going on more stuff then here it is.
|
|
One corporation has billions invested and have started launching rockets to the moon that'll build solar on the moon and beam it back to Earth. The exact opposite of what's needed to be done.
Just insane. |
|
This gets into the methane problem.
What "alarmists" consider the #1 threat to humanity. The warm water is entering the Arctic, China has invested $.5 trillion in a LNG plant above the East Siberian Arctic Shelf in Russia above the Methane Monster, they're actually poking it!! We've had 2 methane gas burps 1/2 the size of Oregon detected by satellite, it's no joke, this ain't no pie eating contest!! |
|
More fun babbling

This goes over some of the problems.
Need to do a new one. Was presented with the idea that water vapor is one of the most potent greenhouse gasses. As if this was something new to me. He was insistent and proud to have thought that up and i'm thinking that i'll need to do a video of like 3 month's in length to teach how the hurricanes cool the ocean, the earth and provide water for drinking and irrigation. Basics: The ocean sucks up heat and gives off little. Clouds reflect the sun's rays back into space but capture heat from below. Clouds over land will have much more of a heating effect when it comes to clouds. Advanced: The ocean will take up heat from the ocean and eject it into space. The thunder storms hurricanes produce have more ice at the top and will reflect more of the sun's rays into space. |

This is another good video to watch especially if you're bored.

Project Charles – Playing With Water
this is a piece that i did a few years ago on the basics
http://readersupportednews.org/pm-section/27-27/16331-ending-global-warming-and-starvation-forever
since then i've added beaming the energy/heat from the sun into space
this will cool down vegas or any other city. if/when done on a level compared to what the guy is talking about doing to the surface of the moon it will have an effect on the global temperature
the basics of my solution is to create/capture/control and dissipate hurricanes via a 20 mile diameter circular ship that will dictate the movement/strength of the start of a hurricanes eye wall
the hurricane structure is 1 of 5 structures, sets of structures or series of sets of structures, as the case may be, that are needed to get the job done right
basics of what I’m proposing :
control the movement of the start of a hurricanes eye wall
everything i'm going over is how it was back in 2000-2003, being how i went over this version with possibly one of the top 100 engineers in the world at the time along with two of his assistants
Basically when moisture comes off of the ocean it heats up due to the evaporation effect. That moisture is going to want to rise up. It wants to follow the path of least resistance though also. It will follow the path of other hot moist air going upwards even if it has to deviate a little, It will follow other moisture. Much like a helium balloon. Only launch 1,000’s of them, they’ll bounce around but generally they’ll follow another till it hits the bottom then bounce away. Except that the wind will scatter them
This hot moist air as it goes up, has an effect to suck air in to replace it. These combined effects as well as the sun heating up the water in the clouds creates the convection that creates the wind of a hurricane. The power of the hurricane comes from this action also, I’m not generating the power, more like lighting the fire with a propane torch
I’m planning on controlling where that moisture starts upwards. Where the eye wall starts. This is done by making the area above my structure hotter and moister than the rest. Shooting the water out of the fountains at 100mph just inside the rim of the structure in the same direction as the hurricane eye wall is just to combat a 2nd eye wall from forming outside the structure when moving the structure too fast or with high winds, that is with a weak hurricane. With a category 5 it will not break up because it pushes other systems out of the way, to a certain extent, more than a category 1
If I was controlling a category 5 hurricane and tried to move the structure 100mph, as if it could, the hurricane would form a new eye wall and continue on its way. But I could alter the course the hurricane by 5-30mph
Park a hurricane in the atlantic at 90 degree latitude. Have it spew clouds blocking the sun from hitting Greenland and having it snow down over it possibly. This should increase the snowpack and increase the albedo, reflect the sun’s rays back into space. Thunderstorms and the clouds created by the hurricane reflect the sun’s rays well versus the ocean which sucks them up. Enough clouds over the ocean to reflect enough rays and you’ll end global warming. 3 going 24/7 365 would be more than enough
Not to mention that the hurricanes eye wall ejects long wave radiation into space. This has to do with the water turning into ice ejecting it and when done in mass might be what causes the gamma rays that were detected coming from an eye wall. The amount of moisture as well as the height of the atmosphere will affect this effect which changes by latitude
Tornado Killer
Then there’s the concern of hurricanes hitting land. I might as well tackle the problem of thunderstorms in general, tornado’s, producing fresh water for drinking and agriculture – enough for a population of 20 billion and provide a transportation system for people and cargo around the country that could store energy generated next to power plants and distribute it in remote locations along with the fresh water. Gotta make that water hot and cold while we’re at it, why not
This will involve sucking the moisture out of a storm, not a small task. Thunderstorms are the best. Have a lineup of blimps ½ the width of the storm, just to get most of it. ½ of the space between them is made up of fans that push the moisture up to an area in front of the oncoming blimp, collect that moisture and transport it down through a tube to the ground
If it was a thunderstorm you could make it so the moisture, after it goes up and turns to ice and goes down the tube and into big piles
Other evaporation techniques could be used to collect the moisture just as it’s done elsewhere to collect water out of the air. This moisture is collected and sent down the tube
The ice produced or moisture collected and sent down the tube as water would be massive and quickly fill up any system of train cars and or 18 wheelers could handle. Depositing the water into my man made fresh water waterway which my idea for the hurricane structure morphed from is should do the trick
i'll try real hard to fix the website by sunday march 4, 2018 -- please check back

i'm eliminating the part of ending starvation forever because i do not care anymore about arguing with people with no morals
with the addition of knowledge about feeding cows seaweed that reduces their emissions by 90% there is no reason why we could not convert cow feed to use this and transfer the cows food to feeding the hungry except people do not care
hopefully one day i'll put up a video of the interview i gave on a talk show

First to get the movement of the water changed from going downward to the same direction as the water in the waterway. Add a pivot joint or bend in the tube supported by the ground. Then all the water and/or ice will be flowing into the waterway at a high rate of speed to be used elsewhere for drinking, agriculture, storage or discharged anywhere along the waterway
Man made Fresh water waterway for transporting people, cargo, water, energy around the world
This will be by far the most expensive part of the project if built to its fullest extent
In creating such a waterway you’d want to make it so it could transport people and cargo from the large ports and cities. It could change in elevation and that would speed or slow the water down. You could speed it up by using energy near a power plant. You could harness that energy out in the middle of nowhere which would cause the water to slow down
You could have multiple waterways for different elevations with multiple ways that could connect them
This water could be stored in a cold or hot region connected to a waterway. The benefit of using hot or cold water for agriculture during extreme heat or to prevent frost is great. Insulated containers will be used to transport hot/cold water for this purpose
The process of depleting the moisture from the clouds could be used in conjunction with the waterway to prevent flooding or tornado’s downwind from the waterway. To deplete a cloud system without the waterway that would otherwise produce flooding or a tornado could still be done. Hopefully there’s a nearby river to dump the water into that will not flood or a place to pile a huge pile of ice
Using a combination of these things I’ve discussed around the world should be able to actually lower the sea level and feed up to 20 billion worldwide. I’m thinking to include feeding the animals that would otherwise go extinct in my plan with some of the extra
There’s much more to it, like the other 3 types of structures needed and why
